Y'all know that research, especially of the Hebrew culture, is my thing.
Anyway, there are so many reasons why people should honor *the* Sabbath (Exodus 20:8-11). This, below, is just one of them. It's the origin and details of a Jewish tradition that is observed on Friday evening, the opening Shabbat. It's a praise that husbands give their wives, based on Proverbs 31. Something I didn't know, until reading it, was that it would appear that "The Virtuous Woman" chapter was inspired by words that Abraham spoke to Sarah. SEEK and ye shall FIND (Matthew 7:7-8). Gotta love it!
